Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT ship the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship from our facility in Arnold, Missouri via USPS and UPS. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. All orders include tracking, emailed upon shipment.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States only.
Cold-Chain & Stability
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature during transit. Upon receipt, store products according to the product’s storage guidance (refrigeration recommended for long-term storage).
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact support@lumeralabs.is within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
