Lumera Labs LLC is a United States limited liability company in good standing. The company operates exclusively as a supplier of research chemicals for laboratory use. Lumera Labs is not a pharmacy, medical provider, compounding facility, or dietary-supplement seller, and it does not perform any function reserved to those licensed activities.
Product Classification
Every product offered by Lumera Labs is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use only. No product sold by Lumera Labs has been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical purpose.
Products are expressly not intended for human or animal use of any kind. They are not for medical use, veterinary use, compounding, dietary-supplement use, food use, or cosmetic use. - No reconstitution instructions are provided on any product label.
- No administration instructions are provided on any product label, on the Lumera Labs website, or by Lumera Labs support staff.
Quality & Documentation
Lumera Labs sources its inventory under batch-level quality control procedures. Certificates of analysis, including HPLC and mass spectrometry identity and purity verification, are generated per batch. These certificates are available and provided upon documentation request and are included with shipments.
Customer Support Boundaries
Lumera Labs support staff do not answer questions regarding dosing, preparation, injection, ingestion, or any in-vivo use of its products. Inquiries of this nature are declined and the requesting party is referred to the Terms & Conditions governing use of the site and its products.
Purchaser Qualification
Purchase of any product requires a registered account and a mandatory attestation, made at the time of purchase, that the buyer:
- is 21 years of age or older;
- is a qualified researcher or professional; and
- will use the purchased products solely for lawful in-vitro research purposes.
Lumera Labs may refuse, cancel, or restrict any order at its discretion. Lumera Labs maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward suspected misuse and may terminate the account of any purchaser where misuse of its products is suspected.
Indemnification
By purchasing from Lumera Labs, purchasers assume full responsibility for the lawful handling and use of the products they acquire. Purchasers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumera Labs against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of its products.
