All Sales Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and to protect product integrity and safety, all sales are final. Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Verified issues will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Delivery
If tracking shows your order was not delivered, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order was not delivered or was shipped in error.
